Oops All Curls - Terms of Service

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to commission or purchase a fursuit from Oops All Curls. By placing a commission, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

Reference Sheets

A reference sheet is required before I can provide an accurate quote.

Please provide clear character artwork with at least two (2) views, preferably three (3) views (front, back, and side). The clearer your reference sheet is, the more accurate your quote and final suit will be.

Incomplete or unclear references may result in delays or changes to your quote.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of your quoted commission price is required once your commission has been accepted.

Your slot is not secured until the deposit has been received.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available on a month-by-month basis and can be discussed before your commission begins.

Failure to make agreed-upon payments may result in your commission being canceled.

When Work Begins

Work on your suit will not begin until the commission has been paid in full.

Materials may be purchased before full payment at the discretion of Oops All Curls.

Pricing and Commission Openings

Prices may change between commission openings.

Oops All Curls only accepts commissions during officially announced openings posted on our website and/or social media pages.

Quotes are only valid during the commission period they were provided unless otherwise stated.

Edits and Revisions

Your first design revision is free.

Additional revisions will be charged as follows:

Additional revision requests beyond the fourth revision may be declined.

Rush Fees

Rush slots may be available depending on workload.

Rush fees are based on the total cost of your commission:

Rush orders are not guaranteed and are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Oops All Curls reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason.

If your commission is canceled by Oops All Curls, you will receive a refund of all payments made, minus the cost of any materials already purchased for your project.

Any purchased materials will be shipped to you.

Shipping

Shipping costs are separate from your commission quote and are not included in the original suit price.

Your suit will not be shipped until the entire balance, including shipping costs, has been paid in full.

If you are outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Oops All Curls is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Warranty and Repairs

All completed suits include a 6-month warranty covering workmanship issues that are determined to be the fault of Oops All Curls.

This warranty does not cover:

You are responsible for shipping costs related to warranty repairs.

Please note that there is no guarantee that the same fur, fabric, foam, dye lots, or other materials used in your original suit will still be available in the future.

Oops All Curls does not store or reserve extra materials after a commission is completed.

Work-in-Progress Updates

Progress photos and updates will be shared as your suit is being made.

Please keep in mind that excessive requests for updates can slow down the production process.

Duct Tape Dummies (DTD)

A Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is required for all applicable fursuit commissions.

Your suit will be built using your DTD, not solely from written measurements. Because of this, it is important that your DTD is made correctly and follows any instructions provided by Oops All Curls.

Oops All Curls is not responsible for fitting issues caused by an inaccurate, improperly made, or damaged DTD.

Work may be delayed until a usable DTD has been received and approved.

Fur Color Approval

For designs that use uncommon or specialty fur colors, color choices may be shown for approval before materials are purchased.

Approval generally will not be needed for common colors such as black, white, or basic colors.

Not all fur and fabric colors exist or are currently available. Oops All Curls will do its best to find the closest match possible.

Communication

If either of us has concerns about your commission, we agree to discuss them through email or Telegram.

Please make sure your contact information stays up to date throughout the commission process.

Agreement to These Terms

By paying a deposit, making a payment, or commissioning a project from Oops All Curls, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
